This is one of my most important projects at the moment, thanks to the fact that my model on this occasion was my grandfather. "Raices" is a project in which I seek to encompass where I come from, and where my grandfather comes from.

For me, he is a figure with a very powerful image because he speaks volumes. A great demonstration of this is his hands, wrinkled and calloused from fieldwork. And perhaps you're wondering, "What's that dog doing in the photo?" Well, that's Tobias, a dog we rescued who never leaves my grandfather's side. In this photo shoot, I really wanted to show my grandfather Edgar, just as he is, and his faithful companion, Tobias, couldn't be missing.

The model is: My granpa Edgar Garcia
